Technical Project Manager
Contract: six-month fixed term
Salary: c£50k per annum (incl LW) plus benefits pro rata

We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to drive and deliver the next phase of our CRM Project intended to improve the Library’s user experience, integrate with other library systems and enhance organisational reporting.
As Technical Project Manager, you will oversee Phase 1b of the CRM workstream, delivering projects involving integrations between multiple 'enterprise' systems. This will involve liaising between suppliers, systems and the Library’s stakeholders to understand user interface, technical and data issues. As project lead, you will co-ordinate people and processes, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and produce the desired results. This will include upskilling and development across the CRM and technical tools too. During the implementation process, you will also document procedures and train key members of staff to use the systems as well as produce and create reqular reports.
For this role you must have extensive experience of delivering data migration projects using Agile Delivery Methods, such as SCRUM and KANBAN. Used to delivering projects with Microsoft Dynamics 365, you will also be comfortable managing the deployment, training and adoption of new systems. You will also possess excellent communication, interpersonal and planning skills as well as an eye for detail.
Experience of working with MS Project Azure Dev Ops and Trello or ALMA would be an advantage.
