The London Library is an internationally important centre of creativity with an outstanding collection of books and resources. We are proud to uphold our values of being excellent, welcoming, inspiring and independent through every aspect of our work and are looking to recruit an experienced and dynamic HR Manager who can ensure that we remain an excellent employer as we complete an ambitious plan for organisational sustainability and growth.
As HR Manager, you will develop our employment policies, drive the annual process of reviewing pay and other benefits, support managers to build capability and promote career development, deliver against the Library’s staffing requirements and provide professional advice in the handling of employee relations issues.
