Marketing Executive – Digital and Membership Acquisition

We are looking for an enthusiastic digital marketer to help increase awareness of the Library and grow membership through compelling acquisition marketing.

Reporting to the Head of Marketing and Communications, you will join a small and busy team to introduce the Library to new and diverse audiences. Your role will involve collaborating with colleagues to implement digital marketing communications and campaigns that drive membership acquisition and growth in line with the Library’s strategic goals.

You will help create engaging content across all our digital channels including social media, website and e-marketing, as well as maintain and develop our online shop platform. You will develop content to target new and diverse audiences, promote and amplify our public events programme and Emerging Writers and meet our Equality, Diversity and Inclusion aims. You will also provide regular reporting to monitor effectiveness and generate insights to improve marketing performance and ROI.

 

About you

Passionate about creating engaging content, you will have a good understanding of digital marketing techniques, content management systems, software and analytics. You will be a creative thinker with visual flair and have expertise in growing and engaging audiences on social media and managing websites. You will also have been involved in software integration projects.

You will possess excellent communication, interpersonal and prioritisation skills and enjoy working as part of a team. Critically, you will have a passion for your work and the work of The London Library.
