Institutional - More than 10 staff members

Organisations with more than 10 staff or members may apply for membership in the name of a designated representative (who may be changed at any time) who may use the Library and has responsibility for all books. A representative may appoint two nominees (also transferable) who may make use of the Library in the representative’s name. The representative or nominee may permit Library books and resources to be used by the members or employees of the organisation represented, as specified on the application form, on the premises of the organisation. In accordance with our licence agreements, only the representative and nominee(s) may access the membership to log in to the electronic resources.

Annual fee is £1965. Members are allowed to borrow 20 volumes at a time. The fee for every further 5 volumes (up to a total maximum of 40) is £276.
