INTRODUCTORY TOURS

In addition, regular introductory tours are held on the last Saturday of every month, offering an opportunity to discover more about the Library’s history and to explore some of its unparalleled resources. Upcoming dates include:

No booking required; simply arrive at Reception by 11am to join the tour.

HOW TO FIND THE LIBRARY

The London Library is conveniently located in St. James's Square, just minutes away from Piccadilly Circus and Green Park Underground Stations in the centre of London.

BY BICYCLE

 

There is a bike store for members' exclusive use in Mason's Yard, with space for around 16 bicycles.  If you would like to use the bike store, please collect a swipe card from the reception desk of the Mason's Yard entrance.  Bicycles are left at members' own risk.

 

BY TUBE

 

The London Library is easily accessible via the Underground, with regular trains throughout the day. Visit the Transport for London Underground Site for up to date information.

BY BUS

 

Piccadilly is well served by London buses. Visit the Transport for London Buses Site for more details.

PARKING

 

There are pay and display parking spaces in St James's Square. Pay and display is in operation between Monday and Saturday 8.30-18.30, at £4 an hour for a maximum of 4 hours.
