Gift Aid
The Gift Aid scheme can significantly increase the value of your gift to
the Library at no additional cost to you. For instance, Gift-Aided donations
of £3,900 become £5,000 once the Library has claimed the tax benefit from
HM Revenue and Customs. Please note, you must pay an amount of income
tax and/or capital gains tax equal to the tax we reclaim on your donation.
Secure Payment
Your credit/debit card will be processed for us by Secure Trading,
which means that your card details are fully encrypted using the most sophisticated
e-payment software. If you want to cancel or obtain a refund for your donation,
please advise us within 24 hours. If an incorrect donation is made we will refund
the full amount payable to you.
