SPECIAL COLLECTIONS
The Library's numerous Special Collections include the Higginson Collection of hunting and field sports, the Montefiore Collection of material of Jewish interest, and the Heron Allen Collection of the Rubáiyát of Omar Khayyám.
In the open stacks there are many delightful and surprising sections too, including old children's stories, cookery, imaginary history and foreign impressions of England. And within the wide-ranging Science & Miscellaneous collections the reader can find sections on, for example, Dancing, Dreams and Duelling.
